Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB)

The Postal Service Reform Act (PSRA) (signed into law on April 6, 2022) mandated the creation of a new Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program. PSHB is a new, separate program within the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program and will be administered by the Office of Personnel Management. Coverage under the PSHB Program will be effective January 1, 2025. The PSRA will have no effect on the 2023 Open Season.
