BQnet
(Updated 01/24/11) BQnet (Bargaining Qualification Standards on the Intranet) is the Postal Service's electronic database of bargaining unit qualification standards which replaced the hardcopy version of the EL-303 — “Qualification Standards - Bargaining Unit Positions."
In settlement of grievance H0C-NA-C 19011 [pdf] , the Postal Service agreed to provide the APWU with an exact electronic copy of BQnet for posting to an APWU web server. The settlement further requires the Postal Service to provide an updated copy of BQnet to the union twice a year.
Note: The latest version of BQnet includes Position Descriptions as well as Qualification Standards. When you click on a job title, you'll see the Qualification Standard. At the top left of the Qualification Standard, you'll see a hyperlink for the Position Description.
