Industrial Relations 'Memos to the Field' include summaries and text of national-level arbitration awards, advisory opinions on legal issues, and updated national-level arbitration reports. This information is intended to assist local and state presidents, national business agents and national arbitration advocates in the performance of their official duties. You will need a password to view these documents. If you are an authorized APWU representative, you may request a password from your local president.
