APWU Search is an online database containing more than 35,000 regional and national arbitration awards, more than 2,000 Step 4 decisions and settlements, nearly 200 USPS handbooks and manuals, and Collective Bargaining Reports (CBRs) from 1967 to the present. APWU Search is the single most comprehensive source of information for stewards and officers researching grievance issues.

Over 700 locals and state organizations, and nearly 3,600 individuals, currently subscribe to APWU Search.

To access APWU Search, you must be a designated APWU representative authorized by your local president. Local presidents must submit a Search registration form requesting access for each authorized user. Once the registration form is processed, a user receives a Search ID and password along with an APWU Search User's Guide. The User's Guide may also be downloaded directly from APWU Search.

An interactive online tutorial explaining all the features of Search, including tips and strategies for designing effective searches, is available from Search as well.
