(02/04/10) APWU minutes of a Jan. 25, 2010, Labor-Management meeting summarize the status of numerous excessing and reassignment events in the Western Area of the Western Region. (USPS management in the area refused to create official minutes, however, prompting the union to file a Step 3 grievance requesting an official record of the discussions. A settlement of that dispute was signed Feb. 4, 2010.)
