Stop Staples activists from New York City, Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Northern California shared their experiences – and what inspires them – in a series of videos recorded at the union’s National Convention in August. Stop Staples activists held a rally in front of a bustling location in Revere, MA, just north of Boston, on Oct. 20.

Members of the Western Pennsylvania Postal Workers Solidarity Committee held a Stop Staples protest in front of a location on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh on Oct. 16. All APWU crafts attended, along with Letter Carriers, retired Mail Handlers, and allies.
10/03/2016 - It’s now easy to encourage candidates for local, state and national office to boycott Staples and Quill.com.

Max Gaudiano and Zach Westhaver attended an after-school Stop Staples protest on Sept. 27 in Weymouth, MA. Their fathers, Francis Gaudiano and Alex Westhaver, work in the MVS Craft and are members of the Boston Metro Area Local.
09/26/2016 - Members of the Western Pennsylvania Postal Solidarity Committee held a Stop Staples demonstration in front of a Greensburg location on Sept. 25.
09/26/2016 - Members of the Stop Staples campaign protested in front of a store on Van Ness Ave. in San Francisco – the location of the campaign’s first protest – on Sept. 23. They were joined by members of the American Federation of Teachers and the Living Wage Coalition.

For almost three years, the Stop Staples campaign has held spirited rallies at Staples stores, exposing the threat to service, postal jobs and the public Postal Service. Protestors have organized sustained campaigns in and around San Francisco, Atlanta, Pittsburgh and Boston, where the Staples trial was launched, and in Philadelphia and New York City. It isn’t possible to recount all the important events and great work, but here are some campaign milestones.
09/12/2016 - Members of the Western Pennsylvania Postal Solidarity Committee protested in front of a Staples location in New Kensington on Sept. 11.
09/06/2016 - 
Bay Area Stop Staples activists set up a table at a Teamsters-hosted Labor Day picnic, where many “Don’t Buy Staples” postcards were signed.
