Airport Shuttle Services

Shuttle service between the Las Vegas airport and convention hotels is available for under ten dollars.

Taxis

Taxicabs are available outside the airport on the east side of baggage claim, outside exits 1-5. (Note: Taxis will not accept credit card payments. There is a $1.20 charge on all fares originating at the airport. The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is five, including infants and children.)

Car Rental

Budget Rent a Car is providing discounted rates for delegates and their guests. To reserve a car, call 800-772-3773 or visit Budget's Web site. The APWU discount number is U089712.

Monorail

Monorail trains run along the Las Vegas strip between Sahara and the MGM Grand, Treasure Island and the Mirage, and Excalibur and Mandalay Bay (with a stop at the Luxor).

Public Transportation

Citizens Area Transit provides bus service throughout the Las Vegas area. The "Strip" route features a double-decker bus nicknamed The Deuce and run 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Scooter Rentals

Active Mobility offers rentals of mobility assistance products, including wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers in the Las Vegas area.
