2008 Convention Transcript Now Available

An official transcript of the proceedings from the union's 19th Biennial National Convention is now available to APWU members on www.apwu.org. The convention is the highest governing body of the union, and sets the union’s policies.
The 1545-page document provides a full transcript of the business undertaken during the assembly, which took place Aug. 18-22, 2008 in Las Vegas, NV.

The convention was attended by 3,220 delegates representing 417 locals, 50 states, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands; and by 85 national officers and five Retirees Department delegates.
