Wear Your Sticker on June 26

06/14/2018 - June 26 is a big day for hundreds of thousands of postal workers and our families.  It’s the opening day of contract negotiations for our new collective bargaining agreement. June 26 is a day to stand up, speak out and show pride in our union and solidarity with our bargaining team.            

Let’s all wear our stickers, showing we are “Fighting Today for a Better Tomorrow.”

Rank and File Bargaining Advisory Committee Appointed

03/07/2018 - With contract negotiations set to begin early summer, President Mark Dimondstein has announced the names of union members who will serve on the Rank and File Bargaining Advisory Committee. In accordance with the APWU Constitution, each member of the National Executive Board names one person to the committee; a 14th member, appointed by the president, is a member of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Task Force.

Pay Increase Coming Nov. 25

11/02/2017 - The third general wage increase under the 2015 Collective Bargaining Agreement will be effective Nov. 25, 2017. This wage increase will be reflected in the paycheck workers will receive on Dec.15, 2017.Career employees will receive a pay raise of 1.3 percent.
