The parties agree to extend the deadlines for appeal and discussion of impasse items, establishing the following timeline for the local implementation period should either party desire to open discussions:
• Written Notice oflntent to Negotiate: No Later Than May 24, 2020
• Negotiations Occur for 30 Consecutive-Days within a 60-Day Period
Commencing: May 10, 2020
And Ending: July 9, 2020
• Initial Proposals Must be Exchanged: within the first 21 days of the 30
consecutive day implementation period.
• All Negotiations End: July 9, 2020
• Appeal Impasse: Not Later than July 30, 2020
