The VPWU Executive Board is excited to announce the convening of our State Convention on May 3, 2019 through May 4, 2019 at 9:00am in Williamsburg, VA. The Board is working hard to ensure all delegates have a comfortable learning environment. Therefore please notify us not later than April 1, 2019 if you have a special need request. We have also planned our Spring Seminar (May 1-2) which includes information and training to help move us forward in the struggle to protect the rights of our members.

This is an election year. All offices of the Virginia Postal Workers Union will be open for nominations from registered delegates. The term of office is 3 years (2019-2021).
Convention Delegate/Guest fee: $75.00 Spring Seminar fee: $25.00 (include 2 days of instruction and information)

Please phone the Williamsburg Lodge to make your reservations no later than April 1st 2019. Inform them you are with the Virginia Postal Workers Union (VP5). There is a 72 hour cancellation notice.
RATE: $115.00/night standard or deluxe (plus applicable taxes and fees) available from May 1-4, 2019.
