On February 24, 1984 we met to discuss the above-captioned grievance at the fourth step of our contractual grievance procedure
The question raised in this case is whether the grievant was improperly denied conversion to full time regular because of her physical condition.
During our discussion, we agreed that the grievant is to be converted to full-time regular as originally scheduled. Accordingly, we agreed to remand this case to Step 3 for compliance with the above and final resolution.
