As part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Re: Telework Program for Mailing Requirement Clerks (MRCs) as the Mailing Solutions Service Center (MSSC) Pilot, the parties agreed that the telework program pilot will conclude no later than June 24, 2023.
The subject review process is ongoing and the parties to agree to extend discussions to finalize the agreement no later than July 26 2023, unless extended by mutual agreement.
