The question raised in this grievance involved the retention of grievance resolution documents for more than two years. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no National interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. We also agreed that the question raised can be answered by applying the provisions of Section 621.423 N (1) and (2) of Handbook P-11 and of ASM Exhibit 353.21 (p.26) to the fact circumstances involved. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing if necessary.
