This Step 4 Settlement Agreement involved the requirement of incidental typing for the position of Claims and Inquiry Clerk. During their discussion, the parties mutually agreed that there is no interpretive dispute between the parties at the National Level as to the meaning and intent of Article 37, Section 3.F.6, concerning this matter.
