This Step 4 Settlement Agreement involved the timely grading of in-service typing examinations. During the discussion, the parties mutually agreed that upon completion of typing tests, examination materials shall be promptly forwarded to the National Test Administration Center (NTAC) for grading; and that in-service typing tests are given priority in processing once they reach NTAC.
