The dispute at issue in this grievance was whether the grievant was improperly denied the position of Mailing Requirements Clerk. After further review of the matter, the parties mutually agreed that there was no National interpretive issue fairly presented as to the meaning and intent of Articles 19 and 37 of the National Agreement. To become a successful bidder for the position in question, the grievant must have met the requirements as specified in the Standard Mail Classification Training Program.
