This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether management was properly training employees to perform duties at the Finance Cage. During the discussion, it was mutually agreed that in order to be accountable for USPS property, funds, and mail, employees assigned and responsible for the subject duties in the Finance Cage, should be provided PEDC training to meet the needs of that work. Accordingly, the parties agreed the grievant should be made whole for any monies he had remitted to the USPS as payment for the shortage, incurred at the Finance Cage, which precipitated this grievance.
