On October 28, 2022, Emily Weber was appointed by Clerk Craft Director Lamont Brooks to the new post of National Business Agent (NBA), Wichita Region. The Wichita Region represents clerks in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska. This position was created by vote of the delegates to the 2022 APWU National Convention.
Emily is the current President of the Kansas Postal Workers Union and has served in several positions at the local level. She began her postal career as a PSE in Caldwell, KS before being converted to PTF in March of 2015. She was promoted to a NTFT position in Caldwell in September 2015. She is a member of the Wichita, KS Area Local.
