Room Rate: $199.00, for single/double occupancy, plus taxes, which are currently 17.5%. The room block is currently open for reservations. Reservations must be made not later than May 24, 2024, to guarantee the rate. Guest Room Cancellation Policy: Cancellation charge of one night’s room and tax will be charged if the reservation is not canceled before 3pm, 48 hours prior to arrival.

Guest Room Incidental Charges: A major credit card must be presented at check-in. A $50.00 deposit will be held for incidental charges.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee is $135.00 per attendee. After May 17th, the late registration fee will be $160.00. Make checks payable to BFSFAL181.
