On September 24, the Arbitration Board heard testimony from the most important of the union’s expert witnesses – APWU members.

The Mail Processing Clerk, Retail Clerk and Mail Processing Equipment Maintenance panels all testified, speaking about the daily tasks they carry out, their safety and other workplace concerns, the amount of expertise needed to do their job effectively, and their dedication to the postal customers and the postal mission.
