The May 14 National Day of Action, which was organized around the theme, "I Stand with Postal Workers," generated extensive media coverage. More than 130 events were held across 45 states, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

KTXS: USPS to Scale Back Processing at Abilene Facility
The United States Postal Service will move the majority of mail processing out of the Abilene facility by June 27, according to a USPS spokesperson.
