We mutually agreed that there was no interpretive dispute between the parties at the National level as to the meaning and intent of Article XIX of the National Agreement as it relates to the issues in this grievance. The grievance involves a local posting of an August 20, 1980 Disclosure and Release of Injury Compensation records and is one of application rather than interpretation. We agreed that consideration should be given to disposal of the four (4) specific items enumerated in the grievance as follows:

7. Provided for in Part 352.52, Administrative Support Manual. The Union's request is provided for in Part 353.325 and 353.326, Administrative Support Manual.
11. Should be consolidated with Item 9 per Part 353.324 f, Administrative Support Manual and Part 313.61 f, Employee and Labor Relations Manual.
