The question raised in this grievance involved continuation of pay for an injury sustained while in a duty status. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. We further agreed that Department of Labor instructions contained in letters dated September 20, 1982, and November 2, 1982, provides specific instructions to resolve this fact dispute. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, if necessary.
