Union Administration Trainings Scheduled

Eastern & Northeast Regions

Union Administration Training for the Eastern & Northeast Regions will take place from May 20 through May 26, 2017 at the Maritime Institute Hotel & Conference Center in Linthicum Heights, MD.

The training is limited to APWU local/state presidents, executive vice presidents, and secretary-treasurers and will be provided by APWU national officers, staff, and affiliates. The training is designed to assist the executive local/state officers in acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to run an effective union and to meet the upcoming struggles and challenges of the future.

The deadline to register is Monday, May 1.

Central & Western Regions

Union Administration Training for the Central & Western Regions will take place from July 16 through July 22, 2017 at the Westin Southfield Detroit Hotel in Southfield, MI.

The training is limited to APWU local/state presidents, executive vice presidents, and secretary-treasurers and will be provided by APWU national officers, staff, and affiliates. The training is designed to assist the executive local/state officers in acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to run an effective union and to meet the upcoming struggles and challenges of the future.

The deadline to register is June 26.
